Spoke via chat with Chester very professional took care of the problem within seconds. It was my error I chose the wrong size by mistake. I Needed to change the size. prior to shipping Chester knew what to do and say very polite no conflict was a pleaser doing business with your company and Chester.

Item arrived quickly but too small (L/XL). I immediately reached out to customer service for support. Rep Chester was very professional, understanding and concise on the options. I’m excited to received the correct size and add to my daily workouts. 5/5 customer service satisfaction. There was even a 50% discount for the inconvenience plus later I received another lesser discount to use in the future.

Reso a spese vostre ma non ti dà informazioni specifiche come e dove vogliono spediti i loro articoli. Furbo e non disponibile. Prodotti sono di plastica ! Orrendi! Non li si può indossare ..! Io porto una 40 ma questi che mi sono arrivati erano almeno tre taglie più piccoli . Io questo tipo di vendita chiamo semplicemente TRUFFA ALL CONSUMATORE !
