What an Amazing experience from start to finish. Received my initial order and unfortunately sizes were too small. I quickly emailed Kewlioo and received an immediate response the next day. Dainty, my Service Rep greatly helped to resolve this issue and went out of the way to ensure, me, as the consumer, was taken care of. Basically, I was able to get all my sizes with an Incredible offer from Kewlioo. To sum up my experience, Amazing service, focusing on the consumer, but most importantly, going the extra mile to resolve any deficiencies!!! Ordered a bundled set of sauna shirts and a pair of compression shorts. The shirts were as advertised, however, the shorts were not an exact fit. Emailed customer care and Lauren/Jill were great in dealing with my concern with professionalism. Even if the experience at first was not what I expected, the attention and care to the matter and the way they handled it was very satisfactory and I would purchase from them again.
