They are a thief! Took my money then cancelled my account and don't even explain why. Don't ever used them unless if you want to give your money to a theif company for free. Nobody picked up on their customer service contact number as well so is very suspicious whether the company is still working.

This is a fantastic service/product. Everything about it is great except that the reception can be tricky and challenging. I travel a lot - mainly in Canada and Europe but from time to time I can have issues making important calls. This likely says more about the cell towers than Keep Calling! Thank you for such a great product; often a life saver for me.
