This is such an easy app for international calling. Great experience and very simple to use. Very economical and cost effective.

Some companies nowadays charge only 2.5 cents to Hungary. Most of my cell calls to Hungary are unanswered because the call displays show different countries and many scams in Europe. They would answer if it showed that the call came from the USA.

This company is extremely unprofessional with it's treatment of customers and their complaints. It needs to understand that if customers are treated like dirt and without due respect, they will walk. There are numerous other businesses to use instead. I have been ripped off by receiving just 29 days for 30 day unlimited plans. They refuse to accept the clear evidence of my dates of orders, proving my case. Its excuses are just red herrings. 29 days is 29 days. Time zones, number of days in a month and daylight saving are all simply irrelevant. They are just attempts to muddy the waters and distract from the actual issue. Further, debits are taken by the company, prior to the time stated on its site. This is clearly unlawful. The company plays games. Further, it refuses credit or reimbursement. Money grabbing and won't ever let it go from its grasp. And no, there's no confusion or misunderstanding. Gaslighting again. So patronising. I would recommend that nobody uses this company. And if they do use it, watch your debits, very, very carefully. Disgusting. I will not use this business again.

Very helpful in case you need help

It is easy to make calls and fairly cheap too. Like the automatic refill option which has been handled flawlessly so far.

I recharge very easily and I can call to landlines in my home country (Colombia), it is affordable and, unless internet is not working in Medellin (where landlines are now internet based), I can trust my call will be placed, when cell phones are not off or muted or not heard.

Easy to use. Good value. Good connections. Sometimes drops out but that is outweighed by the benefits.

I've been using this service for many years and have never had a problem.

It's great value and call quality is good, with only occasional drop outs. One annoying feature is the "low balance" message cuts you off far too early, I still had 45 minutes credit when the message cut off my call and I had to re-dial, that needs changing.

Very convenient, fast to connect when I call my loved ones international. that's why I give 5 stars ..

I being with them for years, reported already so many times that, if called don't go through, why they take minutes from my account? What's the point to reported if keep calling, ignore my feedback.

we had problems with installing a sim card the staff was very helpful, but it did not work in the end, and we received our full refund. but for several years I by time for international calls and it is very inexpensive and good quality. thank you keep calling
