UPDATE I finally had contact from Just Play who were very apologetic. I had to return the parcel myself but was very quickly reimbursed and refunded for the order. Hopefully just a one off issue, I'm happy to make purchases in the future. End Update I was told a number of days after placing my order in mid December that one item was unavailable, so I was refunded that. I instantly asked to cancel the entire order, as the missing piece was what I needed most for a Christmas present. I never heard back after sending more emails, until suddenly the unwanted package arrived on January 5th. Still no reply from the shop. It seems they have been entirely ignoring my emails.
Item arrived but took an incredibly long time. Could be argued it was exacerbated by postal strikes but would be better to have more range of postal services to avoid issues in future.
The store itself has been more than phenomenal and has been more than professional too in regards to my purchase. Still waiting on the purchase itself too which just play has no role in expediting.
Great service as all ways and fantastic prices.
