I claimed and received the refund ahead of time and they were very understanding of my decision. Using the software was a productive experience, because of the financial insight it provides. It's a great service, very clear and understandable. Customer service is excellent, fast responds and help. I signed up for monthly plan, and I think it's a little bit expensive ($49 per month). But they have much better options , such as sign up for 3 months for only $149 US. Or even better for one year. Otherwise, this is a great service with a lot of tools including learning tools.
