Customer service is the worst! This site crashes every single day. On top of that the Inventory Manager doesn't work correctly as advertised. I'm constantly running out of stock. I've been trying to get answers as to why I'm paying for a software that doesn't work. I get that software sometimes has issues but the fact that customer service can just completely IGNORE YOU makes me believe that this is just a complete scam.

Junglescouts service is unmatched. I made sure to wait months to see some inconsistency before leaving this review however they did not disappoint. This is no exaggeration their customer service is level with Amazons if not better. They’re always there to help. On top of that their tools are absolutely the best. Amazing id give it 100/10 if I could. 10000000% worth it especially if you want to start your Amz business.

So far so good, I have been using jungle scout for less than a week. However, so far it’s been really helpful and love all the educational content that is straightforward and easy to understand. The customer service is really good, they responded quickly and solved my issues with no problem.

Overall I enjoy it and would like to use it for long term. But the issues that I created tickets are not solved in the past months. I hope that can be improved and my experience will be better.

They were very kind and quick to respond to my problem, but in the end the problem of the lack of synchronization between the videos and subtitles in Spanish was not solved. I'm honestly a little disappointed

Not fit for UK market, Very few items actually have data against them in the Uk market. The opportunity finder is mostly branded cosmetic and misspelled Amazon searches. I used the suite for 2 weeks and couldn’t work out what benefit it actually serves as it seems completely tailored to the US market. Customer Service copy and paste responses from their help section and are no real help. All in all it cost me £55-£60 so not a complete loss but I would warn others that if you don’t get on with their programme in the first week cancel asap as there is no refunds past that point.
