Truly some of the best customer support I’ve received. I had some confusing regarding a charge on my account and in less than an hour they discovered the mix up, clearly explained to me how and why it happened, prevented this issue from happening again and immediately refunded the entire amount even thought they would have been within their rights to keep the charge. They did all of this immediately after I inquired what the reason for the charge was. I wish every company had customer support like this, they respond almost immediately and are more than understanding and helpful.

In fact, I stopped using Jungle Scout because I wanted to use it again when needed to prepare business items. However, I was impressed by the jungle scouts who were trying to find out what kind of problems there were in detail. I am a foreign user who is not good at English, but even that patiently listened to my opinion, which left a deep impression on me. Thank you for letting us know about the ability to stop and use the site again. :)
