Seen the glasses I purchased online in one of the shops but decided to order online as better price. Placed order, emailed prescription and glasses arrived within a couple of days. Only disappointment was the glasses cloth cleaner as this wasn’t present and there were expensive glasses.
Excellent Service.... I have never purchased glasses on line and was slightly nervous that the prescription would be right, they would fit and they would be as I expected. I had seen the Tom Ford glasses in my opticians at double the price so decided to bite the bullet. They arrived today so 3 days after I ordered them and I love them, fantastic service and a quality product, thank you.

This is my second purchase from JP Optician in 5 years. Their prices are more competitive than other retails and the products are original. Took a bit longer than expected to receive the sunglasses so I chased. I received same day response and the sunglasses arrived a day later. All good on arrival, delivered by DHL. Would recommend using them.

There was a suspected defect on a rare pair od sunglasses I I purchased. I was told prior to shipment via email and shown. It was so miniscule I was really touched by the communication and care given to the purchase thereafter. I received the it and it war literally nothing. They must have zoomed in a lot. The fact that so much care was taken and they gave me a premium case as well really made it for me. Rather than running the risk of me being dissatisfied and sending back. I will now definitely go to JP 1st before going anywhere else.
Great experience from start to finish. I've contacted JP Opticians to enquire about sunglasses I was interested. They answered all my questions promptly and with all information needed. Delivery took around 10 days, as advised, as they had to order item from Italy. But it was worth of waiting. Thank you very much!
Top drawer service, highly recommended. Ordered a replacement frame late monday afternoon as I had sat on my original pair, gave me a discount and posted by courier that day at no cost, so arrived tuesday. Have swapped lenses over and using them to write this review! Got me out of jail with my wife!!
Expected to wait a month for an order. Ordered a pair of sunglasses no prescription - website stated 5-7 days for delivery- once order was made this changed to 10 days. It’s been over 10 days now, nothing has arrived, I had to chase via email and now being told I would need to wait another 2-3 weeks?! Cancelled order but just wasted so much time. Going away this weekend and ordering from anywhere else means waiting another 5-6days which is too late. Very very frustrating. The correct delivery time should be stated on the website and if there is an issue I should have been made aware immediately! Just be aware that they are selling items they don’t have in stock.
Ordered some sunglasses from JP, took a little over a week to arrive to me as it had to be ordered from their supplier in Italy. Item was packaged very well and communications were excellent over email and phone. I would recommend this company definitely. However, make sure to ring/email JP before placing an order to make sure the item is either in stock and ready for immediate dispatch, or if they need to order it from Italy (so you know roughly how long it will take for delivery) Thanks JP!
I bought a pair of single-vision Ray-Ban glasses that were ~60% cheaper from the high street shops. They arrived pretty fast (within two days) but came with a cosmetic defect. Then I got worried, but JP Optician's excellent customer service replaced them with a new pair quite quickly. Very happy with my purchase and the service. I will definitely use them again.
Really happy with my order. Price was a little cheaper than everywhere else which was what encouraged me to buy a pair of sunglasses online, something I'd never done. The sunglasses were perfect though and arrived within 3 days. Would definitely use them again.
Used this opticians online, was dubious at first to use such a service as prefer in person but I must say it was first class. I had no problems with what I ordered and they arrived just as expected and great qaulity, im very happy and would recommend them going forwards.
Glasses arrived in good time, exactly to order. The pair I chose were less than half the price of the high street, and had colour options not available on the high street. Please don’t have any hesitation about using JP Opticians, I have recommended them to friends already.
I have been using a different opticians for years but decided I needed a change. JD are pricier than I would like but you sure get great service. The optometrist DARSH is not only a polite, well spoken young man but he gave me so much valuable information - and even did a test to prove to me that the information he gave me was correct! Then I believe it was DECLAN that helped with my choice of frames, and he also told me things about my lenses that I never knew - even how he could help me save a few ££s! If this is how caring they are with their customers all the time then I will certainly keep going back, our sight is valuable and we need to take care of it so I am prepared to pay that bit extra. Thank you all at JD!
Have used J.P. Opticians multiple times - for normal sunglasses and presciption glasses and found them excellent every time. Very reasonable, communicate well and no issues!
I’ve used this company several times and have to say they are fantastic. Customer service is excellent and goes above and beyond and they respond quickly to enquiries. They refunded me immediately when an item was discontinued but contacted me a few weeks later to say they’d acquired a similar frame in a different colour and asked if I’d be interested. I replied ‘yes please’ and they’ve been delivered this morning, just 3 days later, which is exceptional and in stark contrast to 2 other companies I’ve used when I’ve had to wait 6-8 weeks. They also honoured the discount offered with my original order, so whenever possible in future, this is the company I will be using. First Class!
