Had a joytech Cuboid mini usb part broke spoke to a lady on the website chat part that was very helpful. I couldn't remember when I got it so she found out for me but warranty ran out. So I was offered a discount on a new purchase. Ordered an Evic Primo which came within two days. Very happy with the speed of the company and the product in general

Very fast delivery ariving the day after dispatch for free! This e-cig i find much better than the arc4 in terms of quality of smoke and no liquid escaping into my mouth through the mouth piece. It fits nicely in the hand and is comftable with a good weight to it. Refill is a little fiddly. Battery lasted 7 days out the box and recharges in under an hour. Overall I would say this is a very good choice.

good value for your first vape. works well, sometimes gets a little warm but never any issues with heat and charging. Battery lasts a long time. Only fault i'd point out is that the mouth piece, although initially quite sturdy, can and will fall out - and in my case, it will get lost. frustrating but not the end of the world, helpful the box came with two!
