My linen basket is beautiful. It is well made, no sharp edges and natural wood makes beautiful understated colouring. It has wonderful wood smell, which I know will fade over time, but I will enjoy it now. It arrived in couple of days. And thank you for hand-written note on delivery note, this was very sweet little gesture. I will enjoy my basket!
We chose a log basket from John’s website and at our request via email he kindly agreed to make us a matching smaller basket to our own specifications. All communication was excellent. He made the baskets amazingly fast and posted them out quickly. They arrived safely and well packed. They are beautiful, strong and well made. We are delighted.
