5 Star experience with Jobs 22, My work coach Mark was just amazing, answered all my questions and gave me advice on help I never knew I could get! But he was also very caring and understanding, I'd like to say I've formed a good friendship with Mark and I can't thank him enough for helping me with the last few bits to start my career! However, I'm not just going to thank Mark because the entire team at the Tamworth branch has been an amazing part of my experience here at jobs 22, we've had great laughs and a job load of tea 🤭 I'd like to think I've formed a friendship with them all to the point I've even spent some of my free hours just chilling with the team having a brew and a laugh. Hi Carl at chesham job centre was amazing in motivating and pointing me in the right direction but unfortunately I was homeless and going through bit troubled times and the wait was long to get into the course I will highly recommend Carl to anyone who is looking for career advice and support

If I could rate this as a minus star score, I would! The team at Wellingborough are an absolute disgrace, particularly Anna and Lincoln. My son who has learning difficulties and is borderline autistic, is treated unsympathetically and ruthlessly, Anna says it’s “tough love” but in my opinion they are blatant bullies.

Utter nonsense. Appauling service. No people skills. Totally incompitent. Glad nearly finished with this nonsense.12. Months wasted with no help. The staff couldn't organise there way out of wet paper bags. Total waste of tax payers money.

I am on my second work coach. I ended up with the lovely Vicki Hall . I have been out of a job for many many years and it has been such a stressful experience trying to get back into work. I was very low and was really starting to think this is it now. Vicki has not once made me feel like she hasnt got any time for me . She has often spent extra time with me as i got myself so worked up. Or i dont understand something. Vicki has remained very patient with me. With the little time we spent together , I am now working 20 hours a week around my sons school and am hoping for more hours. Vicki has always made time to support me . She goes above and beyond what her job asks of her. She read inbetween the lines rather than judged me which most do. I really cant thank her enough
