This programme is not fit for purpose. I was forced by DWP to go on it. They did everything wrong; they pretended to help me renew a valid form of ID, only to re-use details from my birth certificate to re-order another copy! They have no motivation or drive, at each appointment, I can literally hear the cynical undertone and lack of confidence in the job hunting process. This programme is not adequately designed to help people back in to work. Jobs22 cannot be trusted! they’re just another last ditch attempt for the DWP to save face from their National failure!

If I could give this company a zero I would ...The Biggleswade office is totally ineffective and in my opinion a waste of government money. I have got the misfortune of being placed on the restart scheme by the job centre. The advisors are patronising and have no idea about helping people into work ... The whole process is very intrusive and there is no actual support in finding work, and inflexible they tell you 24 hours before you have an appointment and then are deliberately intrusive and awkward when you say you can't attend said appointment. I am not impressed at àll with the service received in my opinion shut it down and use the money to provide work placements for the long term unemployed.

You get so much support there. They offer so much help and are willing to do anything to help get you a job. Paula is definitely so welcoming and friendly and especially towards my little girl who has to join me in my sessions.

Paula Walker at Jobs22 is an absolute diamond! So helpful, so supportive, I now not only have one job but two! Each visit to jobs22 in Northampton has been a great experience, and it’s great to feel that there is so much support being offered, nothing was too much trouble for Paula, thank you!

The patience and calmness with which Carl took me through the process, explaining the options and outlining the opportunities available and even offering to call back has been a great experience and is highly appreciated.

Jobs 22 is a total waist of time and money, u go there and just same old rubbish all they care about is that you have evidance of a job search no real help that u carnt do yourself the only people they are gonna help is poeple who actually have qualifications people like me with no gcse, no real qualifactions, or work experience slip throw the net and made to feel useless that i carnt find a job this is upseeting and stressfull iv been on there for year now with no progress did all there courses to not help me at all as i have done it all over the years and come to a realisation that i need more help that that carnt give thay fail to see this and make me come in every 2 weeks to feel belittled and stupid asking me all questions about why do you think i carnt find a job ect..and when i have a toddler to look after on top of all that all on my own with no help, and he has special education needs suspected. i feel like me as a person is being ignored and when i explain things they just forget and ask same stuff evey week and now i am totaly fed up of this. and i am not the only one who feels this way

I was helped by Carl Lewis with my CV. He went above and beyond and made me feel so much more confident in my abilities. Before I received my call from Carl I felt extremely defeated about my job search journey and now after just an hour phone call, I have been filled with confidence. Thank you so much Carl Lewis

I got a CV review from Carl, who not only reviewed but also adjusted my CV and provided me with materials to study to make me a competitive candidate in my job search. He also continuously followed up to know how my search was going and to ensure I was upskilling myself. He was indeed exceptional and a great help at this stage of my career. I am more than grateful. Thank you so much.

Was on the restart programme with jobs 22 last year. Most of the time was good. The only time when things turned upside down was on one occasion i went to a class session. When i asked a question which i considered important to me i was told shut up in front of the others in the class. As i am disabled i did not expect to be called a disabled bigot. I have complained but Jobs 22 are not interested and i have been told CEO Ayden Simms will not speak to me.
