We booked the US Music Capitals Express and Carnival Caribbean cruise and had a fabulous time. Gemma, Emma and Samuel were very helpful and flexible, and adjusted the trip where possible to suit our needs. The structure worked perfectly, despite a small mishap with one of the hotels which we eventually sorted. It is a package with a lot of independence which is exactly what we wanted. We would certainly recommend Jetline and I'm a bit surprised by some of the negative comments. It is very clear what is included in the price and what is not.
I took a chance 12 months ago, when I booked our holiday to the Rockies and Alaska. Reviews for the company were far from good at the time, but having just returned from our trip, I can confirm that everything went smoothly according to the itinerary put together by Leo Trent, who was very helpful at all times.
Booked our holidays for Alaska Rocky Mountains and Niagara Falls. Send us all the paperwork. Clearly it was written that we need Canada visa, but didn’t say we need ESTA for Alaska cruise As my geography is not that good. We were taking cruise from Vancouver and coming back to Vancouver. So America was not on my itinerary. I did not take American visa. I was penalised. I had to pay 700 US dollar. WE WERE SIX OF US. ALL PAID. . Few other issues. But once you have paid the money THEY DON’T CARE. ,

We booked a Rocky Mountain and Alaska cruise through Jetline. The agent who took our booking, Keith provided excellent service and was available whenever we called. We spoke to other agents on occasion for specific queries and the service was just as good. They helped us with hints, tips and additional services to get the most out of our holiday. Would highly recommend
our consultant Jerry was very helpful very knowledgeable. he put us at ease. we were full of questions which he answered. and what he didn't know he enquired and got straight back to us. we are very pleased.
I recently booked a cruise with Jetline and the process was seamless. I was offered many options and extras to consider pre booking and after the booking was confirmed, which included additional days after disembarkation and direct flights home to the UK. I will consider Jetline for future holidays and would recommend Jetline to my friends and family.

This was our first time in America. The Jetline officer who booked the holiday for us was quite friendly and knowledgeable about the whole process. She offered her support all the way even while we were in the US. We visited more than one state. Except for an ugly experience in New York where the tour bus did not turn up, every other thing went smoothly and we enjoyed our time out there.
Jetline cruise are a very good company to book a cruise holiday through this is the second cruise we have used them for they are on the ball with phoning you back from first contact through to completion of your booking very good price and a big shout out to Kieth the cruise advisor that booked our cruise
