The initial quote was competitive and included a workaround that prevented my EV draining the PW3. Three days installation, including fixing roof tiles that the scaffolders damaged plus a misbehaving Zappi all managed with the utmost professionalism and care. The electrician and solar roofer on-site were pleasant and professional throughout. Aftercare by David and his team has been excellent with good communication throughout. Four months since install and JDM Earth were quick to respond with a site visit when I needed some information from inside the PW3 (QR Code). Well done JDM Earth, I would recommend them to anyone thinking about solar/battery installation.

JDM Earth has just completed the Install of a 23 panel and Tesla power wall 3. From the get go the company inclusive of subcontractor scaffold lads have been efficient, friendly and on time. Customer after care has been fantastic. The system is working amazingly well. The install lads were quick, tidy and professional. From the staff in the office to lads on site have been nothing less but outstanding.

Fantastic service from my intial enquiry until the installation. We used JDM Earth as they were recommended. The intial enquiry moves quickly to an online survey/questions which was so easy and quick. We were quickly presented with prices and options which then led to our booking. We asked for a quick appointment for installation and they offered to put us on a cancellation list. We actually got an installation date the week after and it was completed by a lovely engineer who was on time, tidy, respectful and helpful with advice on how to use. Became interested in a battery system to protect our rural house form frequent power cuts. Spoke to JDM as had Powerwall 3 coming available. Process was easy and well explained and we also had solar panels as an additional resource. Everything completed by JDM staff was excellent. Installers were friendly and helpful discussing aspects that would have impact so we could choose the best and neatest installation for our house. They also helped with some other aspects outside the installation. Both staff on site were clearly experienced and knowledgeable, no complaints about them. Only issue was the scaffolding which was completed by a subcontractor, good installation but young lads who struggled to understand that they were on our next door neighbours property and respect was required.

Such an easy process with great service from initial enquiry through to installation of my home EV charger. I received great customer service from Lesley who explained in detail the process and was always fast to respond to any questions. Lesley had me booked in for installation within a week. Great service again from my installation engineer who talked me through what he was going to do and did a really tidy job in no time at all. Took time to explain how it all worked in detail too. Overall a very good experience and would highly recommend JDM Earth.

Was well informed when the charger would be fitted after completing a few details regarding location. The guts turned up very professional when installed there was a fault they promptly rang around and advised the new charger would be installed the following morning and there was no need for me to be there. They cleaned all the dust up the charger works great excellent customer services and professional

I was unsure at first about installing solar and battery with so many different companies offering conflicting information. I contacted JDM Earth and felt reassured from the start that my requirements would be met. I received a quote for a few different systems from budget to top of the range and was able to choose what I wanted and not what the company wants to install like others also JDM Earth were on hand to answer any questions that I had. I proceeded with the installation of solar and Tesla battery, the installation team were amazing they treated my property with respect and the quality of the installation was top notch, there was a slight hiccup that was out of the teams control but this was dealt with swiftly and fully resolved. The installation is working better than I even thought and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending JDM Earth to anyone looking to invest in solar, battery or both.

I contracted JDM Earth to install solar, battery & EV charge point to my property back in November 2023. From start to finish they were excellent and would have no hesitation in recommending their services. The team at JDM Earth know their stuff and after extensive research and benchmarking prices against others, I decided a local family run firm was important to us. The lead time from order to installation was only a couple of weeks and had to bit fit in around other installation works, which the team were happy to accommodate. The installation itself took a couple of days and the scaffolding was only removed after both JDM and myself were happy with the finished article. We did have a post installation issue with the house battery - a manufacturer issue - which JDM dealt with on my behalf and organised a replacement, which was commissioned a week after. Nothing was too much trouble, the team were friendly, respectful of our home and diligent in their work. Thanks again to the team for their hard work - we’re six months down the line and we are delighted with the results.

We have used JDMEarth twice now. Once in March 2022 to have a OHME Charger Installed for our electric car and the 2nd time in November 2022 to have a 5kw battery & Inverter installed. Had JDM install a Tesla Wall Connector abd run a new 32a cable from the meter box to deliver the full 7.3 kw charge. The service was excellent, they were quick to respond to a request for quotation, they sent an engineer to survey the job and booked me in for the installation within 3 weeks. My property didn't have the correct existing wiring so a new cable was laid and has been routed as such its barely visible throughout the property. Overall very pleased, JDM also offer a solar installation package which I'll be investigating in the next few years.
