I recently had an Ohme charger installed by JDM. I contacted JDM after recommendations from 2 colleagues. I contacted them knowing which EV charger I was most interested in and I was fairly well versed on the process (which helps alot) so dealing with them was very quick and easy. They sent me all the survey information I required promptly. When it came to scheduling my installation, Lesley went above and beyond, securing me an appointment just days in the future (they'd recently had a cancellation) and ensuring the unit I was ordering would be available in time by ordering it even prior to my confirmation (this service potentially saved me days if not weeks). The engineer who installed the charger was on time, polite and kept a tidy work space. Very happy with the installation and would recommend.
