The staff dealt with the Milan Canopy replacement for my cantilever parasol. My existing canopy had ripped after three years of use. They were also very helpful in exchanging the incorrect Canopy version that I ordered by mistake. The Milan for the Libra and processed the refund without any hesitation. Very pleased on the outcome.

Photos on website were confusing when buying a replacement canopy for my large garden parasol as picture clearly shows 8 spars and other images with 6 spars , the company makes you do a lot of hoop jumping for a refund , with sending a copy of the invoice ( which they have on their system ) ,plus a letter requesting a refund plus a returns form stating without it “your refund will not be processed “ even though the company would at that point have the goods back, Amazon make things so straight forward in comparison , I would not use this company again, just too much hassle if you get the incorrect item.

This is great when it is not Raining, I did a 50/50 it seems to work after 2 days. I will probably buy another one, I have a lot of Moss on the back of my shed. Dennis

Yr product black spot remover was ok,so I followed d instructions an sprayed it an left it overnight, but the black spot were still there,so washed it off an sprayed it again ( it's got a very toxic smell)spots got lighter but could still see it.so used d pressure washer,and 75% of it went,but better than d spray an leave spray.

Even after a Karcher scrubbing our patio looked to be covered with spots and dark marks. Using a small 3 litre watering can I poured Jarder solution down with just a bit of brushing. We could not believe the result! Absolutely amazing. The patio now, looks to be new! We have told all our friends about this truly amazing product. I have ordered another 10 lites for renewing another patio we have. Thank you for such a terrific product.

Left block paved driveway clean but didn't totally remove heavy black spots even when scrubbed in and left over night but certainly reduced the appearance.

Black spot remover certainly got rid of ingrained dirt on my block paving but only faded the black spot even after 2 applications
