Firstly DX couriers just left the product Outside my house for a day whilst I was at work, then took me a week To unwrap as I was working to find set of bolts and the hammock smells musty and damp,(hammock is hand wash and dry only) I was offered a replacement set of bolts but couldn’t send a replacement hammock out but if I wasn’t happy to send the whole lot back and be refunded, no suggestion of how to return or who would pay the cost for the item To be returned, plus I don’t have time to send things back should be right in the first place (also I don’t have a damp house just like your warehouse, sure there not made in this country)

Product is amazing!!! Did exactly what it says it does, and couldn't be happier. My only issue was the delivery - for 3 days in a row I had emails which told me it would be delivered that day (Mon-Wed), and each day it wasn't, which held me back from actually administering the product before our garden party (delivered on the Thursday), but not the end of the world, and product more than makes up for this.

Delivery was fast and efficient. Very pleased with the quality of the set, especially as the price was so reasonable. A very happy customer.

Jarder have been great, I think my issue may have been with the delivery company DX express, as they sent me emails and texts to say they going to deliver items on a set time and date and twice they didn't, with no communications as to why. I contacted Jarder and DX and items were delivered next day later. Items were delivered and as per Jarder description.

It arrived on time. Easy to assemble (alone). Customer service were friendly and approachable when I had some enquiries. I can't really comment on durability or quality as I've only just put it up after all this time(3/8/24). However to the naked eye with no experience in these things it seems to be made well and of good quality.
