Product works as advertised. Website was a little tricky. Their "just one more click to verify your order" led me into double ordering unintentionally. However, customer service promptly responded to my email and refunded the extra order.

I did HIIT training this morning and breezed through it. I knew instantly it was the water. My wrists also seem stronger as i was hitting the punching bag no wraps or gloves. I recieved it a couple days ago and have been using it since. A healthy diet and fitness regimen definitely makes you feel on top of the world, but adding HRW will take you higher. Purchased three bottles...all of us love them so far! Tracking was a bit awkward to follow so just trust on the way! One of the three leaked a little water out of the base but after unscrewing the base and resetting the seal works like a charm.

Enjoy the product, I have an issue with the delay in shipping and the lengthy delivery time.

I will say I like the product but I still have not received the second one I have ordered. And it has now been over two weeks. The first one the glass cracked and then the motor burned out. I only had the pitcher for about 60 days. I am willing to try another one and this time I purchased the lifetime warranty. I would recommend you do that if you buy the pitcher, so far the bottle which I also purchased has been fine.

I ordered an IonBottle over a month ago, hoping to give it to a friend for her birthday. Unfortunately, the bottle has not arrived. It is on its way, but from China--and it will be another two-three weeks before it is supposed to arrive. That said, customer service in general is great, with prompt responses to emails. I have also enjoyed the product itself and keep buying more for friends.

I am very happy with my Ionbottle. A co-worker picked up my bootle from my desk when they went to set it down they accidentally dropping it on the ground breaking the glass cylinder. I contacted customer support. Andreah was kind enough to send me a replacement. Now thats customers service.

Can't say enough about this excellent small company and the amazing product they offer. They worked with me when I had a problem. I had only professional and courteous interactions and I LOVE the bottle. Highly recommend.

I ordered 2 sets from Black Friday special, 2 botle sleeves and 2 of the warranties. One set was a gift for a friend for Christmas... I was so excited (after contacting customer service to get a tracking number) that my package was going to arrive just in time for Christmas (1 month is not cool, when you say it is shipping from California). To my shock, one the 2 bottles arrived. I quickly was on the phone and sending emails to the customer service to find out where my order was - now, I've dropped over $300 on this order and it should arrive all together or at the very least they should let you know that it is only a partial order. They assured me they were sending it out expedited shipping so it would arrive (the rest of my order) by Christmas. Well, Christmas came and went and no package. Finally, today 12/30, I got my package; again, disappointed it was not the full order as was promised to me. Now I have 2 bottle, 2 pitchers, but am still waiting for the sleeves and my warranty docs on the pitchers. I certainly hope the product is worth the time, the money and the frustration, because the fulfillment department sucks. At this point I am not convinced this is going to be a great product either - lots of very mixed reviews around. But, you have good marketing. Poor instructions though. If it works great, but I'm not going to recommend this company to anyone due to their poor order fulfillment and relatively cheaply made product. I just hope I actually get the other items I ordered in November before we're too far into the new year.

Low quality product which is potentially harmful

I ordered the large pitcher and small bottle since it was a combo set special. However, I only received the small ion bottle and have not received the ion pitcher with is the main cost of this promotion Waiting to hear back from the company on the status of the pitcher

I ordered the bottle and pitcher November 26. The bottle finally came December 19th and I have yet to receive the pitcher. Customer service has been better than most businesses. I was contacted about the shipping delay due to an influx in orders. The bottle itself is wonderful as is the customer service. Waiting a little longer for a great product is always worth the wait in the long run. I’m rating high for the customer service and the bottle is great quality. You get several cycles on a single charge so no worries about recharging all the time.

My bottle quit charging so I contacted support and they were kind enough to replace it for me.

This device doesn’t filter out the Chlorine and it is falsely advertised as ionizer. It’s a molecular hydrogen water generator and old generation which can be even harmful to the user

This device delivered on my expectations of reducing inflammation with regular use. My only vice is that the bottle sometimes leaks even after I've double secured it. Still an effective product.

I ordered a set, bottle and pitcher. Only received the bottle and not the pitcher. You sent an email telling me the pitcher was expedited and I should receive the pitcher shortly. Well, the pitcher never came. I am totally dissatisfied with the service.

No!! I still have not received this order which was placed about 3 weeks ago!! I need to mail out to the recipient and now she won’t even get it for Christmas. Not happy!!!
