intex-retailer.com This company is a SCAM. Do NOT buy from them. I ordered two Intex Kayaks with them and they sent me a tracking number - over 2/3 weeks later I received a pair of tacky, cheap Oakley sunglasses. Before I knew this site was a scam and I was tracking my first order, I then made a second order for two more kayaks and some oars for friends as it seemed to be sold out everywhere. They haven't sent me any tracking for the second order, but I paid on credit card and have contacted my bank who are looking into the matter for me.

SCAM! - My order arrived missing parts and the only response I get from the company after a multitude of attempts is a copy and paste reply that indicates I need to call their hotline (a hotline that is not open during the hours they list as it says they have "too high a call volume to answer the phones at this time"). I have contacted them on various social media platforms as well to no success.

Scammmm! I ordered a pool. They took the money right away. After I created the account, my login was invalid. Couldn’t find out any info. My bank called and said I had some weird charges. They had my atm account number and started charging things on my account. Still trying to get some of my money back. They drained my bank account! Do not buy anything from them! I also had foreign charges from China on my account.

I purchased an intex dura aired mattress. On the first use the bed started popping. The bed only lasted for 3 uses then it started deflating during the night on its own. I will never purchase another bed from intex.

Scammer! Doesnt exist! Do not order tjey will just get your money and disappear!

If I could give no stars or minus stars even better. I thought I was purchasing a swimming pool for 98 dollars, not a great deal but not a bad deal either, just trying to find my kids something to splash around in this heat and pandemic. I ordered around 10:30pm on 7/11/2020. I got up to check and see if my order went through at 8:30 am on 7/12/2020 and it had i had a tracking number WOW fast huh, yeah what I found was the pool I had ordered on 7/11/2020 had traveled on 7/8, 7/9, 7/10,7/11 and was delivered to or around my mail box at 9:16 am on 7/12/2020 when it was only 8:30 am on 7/12/2020. I don't usually do reviews but I hope these scammers doesn't get another dime off of anyone. BEWARE!!!

SCAM!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE. Good luck getting your money back from PayPal. I’m trying to work with my credit card company now. I could’ve sworn I did a thorough review search of this site before I purchased a “splash and slide” for a steal. I’m so glad I didn’t tell my little boy about this—seeing how I won’t get it.

These scammers use this legit looking “intex” webpage offering great deals too good to be true and shame on me for ever thinking I could get a kayak for $49 plus shipping. It all seemed great until after waiting a month “my kayak” got delivered to North Carolina yet hmmm I live in Michigan that’s when I researched I figured out I got scammed And good look trying to reach these fools they never ever respond back and the post office was no help neither was pay pal so thankfully my bank helped and I was able to get my money back .

I ordered a month a go . They took the money immediately . Never received anything and emailed them twice . Tracking # does not work . Filed claim on PAY PAL . This site should be shut down . Do Not WASTE your TIME Or MONEY

I waited on hold for 48 minutes to ask how much pressure i could put in a 10'X4' kids pool. I am using an air compressor to fill it. Very simple question and he said he had no idea and didn't know where to get answer. Won't buy anything again from intex.

I ORDERED AN ABOVE THE GROUND POOL. SENT ME A TRACKING NUMBER THAT SAID IT WAS DELIVERED JUNE 1, 2020, I DID NOT ORDER UNTIL JUNE 22ND. HAVE TRIED CONTACTING THEM PHONE AND EMAIL AND IT'S EITHER INVALID OR DISCONNECTED. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!! THIS IS A JOKE OF A COMPANY!!!!!!! I ordered a small pump part ($2.91) in June and it never arrived. I have been trying to contact Intex for weeks via every way possible, can't get in touch with anyone via email, phone or any other media. I have set on hold for approximately 5 hours just to see if they would eventually pick up. I even joined their stupid newsletter to see if I could somehow use it to make contact. NO SUCH LUCK. They are using Covid-19 as an excuse for their incompetence. Their latest phone message states they can’t answer due to overwhelming phone traffic. Based on other reviews I assume the reason can’t answer is due to overwhelming grievances! It’s not even about the $2.91 cent part anymore, I have moved on from that, it’s just about a terrible company that could care less about its customers. Their just a BAD COMPANY to do business with and I would recommend you find your products from other place. Avoid this company!!!!

I did a dispute to PayPal and it was rejected. This company intexcorp.com is scam. Stay away and do not think you are backed by Paypal when you pay by PayPal; because, this company is giving to paypal a tracking number and PayPal sees the transaction as a real one. I am still disputing and hopefully I may get my money back.

My wife ordered an above ground pool online via payPal and received an email that it shipped right away. The problem was the USPS tracking number they provided was from a different order, delivered two weeks before I even made this purchase. Per PayPal suggestion I tried to email the vendor and the email was rejected. Now I have to fight with payPal over getting my payment back for a product I will never receive.
