STAY AWAY from Intex. SCAM!! Purchased a pool for our family. Price was $98 until next day when I got an email stating we were being charged $113. My kids are so upset. Instead of Swimwel on the receipt, there were Asian characters which I can't read. No response from seller after multiple attempts to contact them. Trying to get refund through PayPal. Ugghh!

I needed a strainer nut and a plunger valve for a stock tank pool. I was excited to find these parts cheaper than everywhere else I checked and placed my order with intexcorp.com. After placing my order, I saw several bad reviews and assumed I probably wouldn’t receive my parts. I’m happy to report that I was wrong. Not only did I get exactly what I ordered but they arrived in under a week!! I’m very happy :)

I bought something for my grandchildren that was $99 they mailed a little tiny square zip up box that maybe costs .10 cents. They only mailed it so they can say package was delivered and show a tracking number. The tracking number was the same on that crappy.10 cent item as on the $99 item I purchased. The item I purchased would not fit in my mailbox but the crappy item was delivered into my mailbox. Hopefully that will help me get my money back. Don’t waste your time or money buying anything from this company.

I buyed a intex b4301uhdsmt led from local store. it includes 3 year of warranty, when i registered a complained regarding youtube and other software are deleted from device. They demand 600 for visiting charges just to install the youtube. Even usb points are not working in the device. Not recommended to buy their stuff. LED is already under warranty.

We never received our goods and they now won’t refund the money as they say it was their distributors fault not theirs - DO. NOT PURCHASE anything from them !!!

Everything looks like a true company and until you pay. The payment goes to someone named Anya and my payment went from $98-$$112 overnight. I caught on real fast and was on the phone with PayPal within 10 minutes of the transaction. Good luck to anyone that gets suckered into this so called company. Oh the phone number is to a nail salon and the email doesn’t do anything.

I ordered a kayak. They gave fraudulent tracking info, which stated it was shipping days before I ordered it. I am disputing the charge with my credit card.

The worst company with the worst products and terrible customer service. Bought an Intex Relax and Chill Island Float. The first time we used it, the product leaks, a piece that hold the luggage broke in an instant. This was in the first 30 minutes. Very poor quality product. Called customer service and they refuse to do anything. They shuttle you to the vendor and the vendor shuttles you to Intex. Poor manufacturing and poor customer management. Will not come back to intex ever. The agent even said that I did not tell you to buy the product.

They do not have customer service, meaning there is no way to get in touch with the company- ever, about anything. In order to return something you need to contact the company, but there is no "company" to contact. Do not spend money with them, you will never see it again. There literally is ZERO human life to contact via email or phone, they don't exist.

Purchased a pool in May, came with a warranty. Find out the pump that came with the pool is only rated for 300 gallons, the pool is 1,100 + gallons. Can never get the water right, the pump is already acting up not even 2 months in and customer service is not taking calls. Extremely dissatisfied. 👎👎

Waardeloze aftermarketservice. Alleen via een website kunnen garantie aanvragen gedaan worden i.v.m. Corona. Inmiddels al meer dan 3 maanden is er Corona en dan heeft men toch een incapabele organisatie als men in die periode niet tot oplossingen kan komen om een call centrum oid weer op te zetten in deze tijd.. De website is overigens tergend traag en wordt na het indienen van de garantie aanvraag naderhand vragen gesteld waarvan men al het antwoord kon vinden in de garantie aanvraag. Daarnaast wordt gevraagd om een filmje te maken van het euvel. Maar uploaden van een filmpje trekt de website niet. Inmiddels weer een week verder en geen enkele reactie. Zelf maar een nieuwe RCD stekker gekocht zodat de kinderen wel weer in het bad kunnen zitten nu het weer nog goed is...

Bought an intex 18'x52" ultra frame pool in 2018 by the june of 2020 it was rusted out so bad we where affraid to use it the horiztonal beams rusted out so bad on the ends and also horizontally along the beam itself how could this happen in only 2 yrs what does the "Ultra" mean in its title. BIG WASTE OF MONEY DO BUY AN ULTRA FRAME POOL!!!! THEY ARE ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. YOU WILL BE SO DIAPPOINTED. TRUST ME THEY RUST OUT SO FAST YOU CANT BELIEVE IT JUST READ UP ON IT IVE HAD 3 INTEX POOLS IN THE LAST 12 YEARS. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON INTEX POOLS. BY A REAL POOL AND ENJOY IT FOR YEARS. YOU WILL SAVE LOTS OF MONEY IN THE LONG RUN

Bought a boat from them the week before last, haven't received it. On the website, it is still listed as "awaiting fulfillment", so it apparently hasn't been shipped. They do not reply to emails and their phone line has stated that they have too high of a call volume and they cannot take any further calls any time that I call in during listed business hours. I'm confused, as I've seen decent reviews of the products themselves, but it seems like they're not really equipped to do sales to individual customers, and they're in way over their heads. I would've liked to get the product I paid for, but I had no other options and had to open a credit card dispute.

I bought a very cute dino swimming pool for my 2 1/2-year old granddaughter. After the first month, it started losing air. After that, I had to inflate the thing just about every other day. The little dino creatures did not hold any air after another week or so, and then the whole thing started to collapse nightly. I emailed Intex TWO TIMES, and submitted my issues, and heard NOTHING back from them. Sick of wasting money. Even worse, a little girl now does not have a kiddie swimming pool

They don't deserve the 1 star but had to just to write a review about what a bunch of c..ts these guys are, literally ripping off left right and center, messaged the contact centre, i get a reply every few days trying to convince me they're legit even after sending screen shots or people's reviews accusing them of the same sh.t they pulled on me, no kayak turned up just a Shi..y pair of oakeys, friggin oakeys, couldn't even try making it look like Oakley's, I sincerely hope these guys get there comeuppance but I won't hold my breath, I wish I could hold there's for them, for a very very long time.
