We are in the process of finalising our house sale with Intercounty Bishops Stortford and they have been fantastic. Given the market at present, we were unsure how long it would take to sell, but thanks to them getting the right prospective buyers through the door, we had an offer we accepted on the second day the house was up for sale. We have just bought a house that was sold through Intercounty. They have been professional, punctual and personable throughout the whole process. We needed to visit the house on 3 occassions at short notice to survey, measure for carpets and get a quote with a plumber, and it was never a problem gaining access (special thanks to Olivia). It was also helpful to have Doug Whybrow as our liason between the sellers solicitor and our solicitor. He was fantastic at keeping us informed of progress and helping out with any queries.

Terrible , no communication,don’t use Intercounty. We had to make numerous phone calls every day and email our chain ourselves otherwise nothing would have happened . So so dissatisfied, disappointed and upset . The whole experience has been a huge trauma , will never move again .
