Delivered with blue inks leaking, I sent numerous emails before leaving feedback to resolve the issue, but never received a reply. Looking at other feedback, this seems to be standard practice for this company.

Ordering the items was very easy and free delivery by Royal Mail in less than 3 days. Can’t comment on the cartridges as haven’t fitted them yet.
