I liked the option of selecting light shades, with different light fittings and cables, rather than a fixed format. My presales email enquiry was answered promptly, as was a telephone support call for help on re -wiring with longer cable. Industville can do this for you if required. Very pleased with the look and finish of the pendant lights!

I had reason to complain about the quality and durability of a purchase made nearly 2 years ago. My problem was dealt with swiftly and efficiently and I received replacements within 72 hours. Obviously the quality of the replacement is yet to be seen, but I cannot praise the complaints system and personnel highly enough.

The on line shop is very comprehensive, and easy to navigate. Industville has a unique style, and adds to lighting. The reason I only gave 4 stars is due to the pricing. I find the price of bulbs high, and replacing expensive.
Great service from start to finish, went to their showroom at Dartford to get some ideas for lighting for our living room and dining room area. Natalie was very helpful and took time to show us different lighting options and explained their bespoke service they offer.
