iHeat provided a very good efficient and professional service from initial survey, order, installation and completion. I had a big conversion from an old standard boiler with large hot water cylinder and two large cold water storage tanks in the loft removed and replaced with a very technically smart new Worcester Bosch Greenstar Style 8000 36kW Boiler. Great service by iHeat.

Had to organise a new boiler for my parents and having had the opportunity to experience the service of a few other companies in this world…..wow I wish iHeat branched out in to service packages or breakdowns….although maybe that’s why they’re so good: do a few things and do them really well.

Very professional, speedy & anoverall very good experience

Having found that something went wrong with my old boiler, i decided to replace it. It's really a nice experience with iheat. I booked the installation online and engineer came and finished the job in a day. It's easy, convenient and no extra to pay.

Great job. Tidy, neat and quick installation. £1300 cheaper than British Gas for fitting the same boiler. Their engineer was friendly and knowledgeable. Explaining everything and ensuring Hive was all set up for me on my phone before he left. Very happy. Would recommend.

Website easy to use, communication was good from company advising date and time of fitting. Fitter, Lee, was a lovely man who was friendly and knowledgeable. He replaced pipe work to boiler and ensured job was tidy and really neat compared to last boiler, thus creating me loads more worktop space. Went beyond and above. Price maybe a little more than conventional plumbers but for ease of quick instalment it was worth every penny. All good and now I’m warm too !

It all went smoothly and surprisingly quick to organise. We had one little glitch with a towel radiator not heating, which was speedily resolved.

Great customer service from start to finish. Being a landlord and currently overseas with a failed combi boiler it was a stressful time. Had to decide between British Gas and iHeat. Having a few other properties under British gas did a comparison. In my view feel iheat offered a far better customer service experience and job. Had a Worcester Bosch combi quickly installed once images were verified installation was fast and efficient. Will definitely use them again if need arises

Great pace and service, competitive prices. Fitting in an urgent installation was really appreciated. Was slightly pricier but quality job done by the engineer !
