Straightforward and easy to use. Everything worked as it should and the donation link is easy to share. I like that there isn’t a forced deduction from my donation that goes towards site fees but rather a sliding scale optional contribution. I think people are more likely to be generous that way.

I think it's great to have an Irish charity platform. I first came across it while raising money myself a few years ago and while the site was only okay then, the developers were very receptive to feedback and strived to improve things. In the past few years though there has been a big overhaul and it feels much more modern and user friendly. I'm delighted to see more and more fundraising and charity initiatives using iDonate. Keep it up!
Helpdesk very efficient and got back to me promptly. Might be a good idea to add a note with instructions on how to remove the voluntary contribution.
