Good service, on time and according to expectations
I can’t tell you how much I love my new water softener. It’s made my cleaning life so much easier, even the drawer in my washing machine is no longer black and the crust around my taps has gone. It’s an expensive purchase but sooooo worth it! The care I got from hydroworks was top notch too, Laurence was so friendly and easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend to anyone.
My personal experience has been very positive. Attended the call the same day, collected the water softener and brought back two days later. Laurence was very professional and did a great job on setting up the 35L softener and it works wonderfully.
