The need for replacement of existing water softener was clearly explained as was the operation of the new Minimax. Appointment times were adhered to although one had to be changed . I was given adequate notice and contacted by Office when the fitter was on his way. Fitting was done efficiently. Replacement softener is much quieter and more economical on the use of salt. Recent visitors commented on how soft the water was.
