H&S Powersolutions is sterk gegroeid en vandaag hebben we een uitgebreide groep van tevreden en trouwe klanten opgebouwd. Uit ervaring weten we bij H&S Powersolutions dat we voor een langdurige samenwerking vanuit het perspectief van de klant moeten handelen en dat is exact wat we bij H&S Powersolutions doen.
Na het betalen van een deel van het geld voor de werkzaamheden om mijn dak te laten vervangen, kon ik niet veel contact meer met hen opnemen. Ik heb data ontvangen voor de werkzaamheden die pas na 6 maanden zouden plaatsvinden en die telkens verder werden uitgesteld. Het is nu al een jaar geleden dat ik wacht tot het dak wordt vervangen.
Vandaag op bezoek geweest bij HS powersolutions omdat ik een probleem dacht te hebben met de werking maar alles was in orde want het scherm geeft soms nul aan maar het is de calibratie van het systeem op de batterij. Ze hebben me alles piekfijn uitgelegd met een goei tas koffie. Altijd goed geholpen.
Zelfs één ster is nog teveel.....ik raad dit bedrijf aan NIEMAND aan !!
Jammer genoeg na 10 maanden nog steeds geen nieuw dak noch zonnepanelen. Zeer slechte communicatie , je wordt steeds afgescheept. Maar om je geld te krijgen zijn ze zeer snel. Heel erg ontgoocheld, hopelijk verloopt de installatie vlot

Geloof nooit hun antwoord ivm verkrijgen van een premie! Dat zij alles in orde brengen. Daar is juist niks van waar. Enkel verkopen en voor de rest foert.

Het enige wat snel gaat bij deze firma is hun factuur sturen. Voor de rest niets dan problemen en loze beloftes. Na twee jaar nog niet in orde, geen antwoord op mail of telefoon. Oplichting is dit.

They will promise you the Moon to get you to sign (30 year-warranty on solar panels that have a life expectancy of 25 years…). Except that once you have signed and paid the advance (which is 50% of the final receipt btw and not the usual 30%) they just disappear. The contact who was very friendly when signing, gave you his card saying not to hesitate calling him at the slightest problem all of a sudden doesn’t bother answering your calls anymore and eventually just sends you messages like « we are trying to find a solution » to get rid of you. They just propose a date to start the works but no one actually comes and when you call back they will just say that there was a last-minute problem (ok, I can understand that it might happen ONCE but not several times in a row). In the end, I understood that no one ever intends to actually pass by, they just set random dates to buy time. BTW, their Terms and Conditions say there is a prescription-limit of 2 years so DON’T just let the time pass or you will have no legal right to reclaim your money anymore! Even after 2 signed letters they didn’t even bother replying. Now I have sent my file to a lawyer from Test-Achats/ Test-Ankoop to get my money back! Do not sign with them and if you do, be sure you have a good lawyer to get your money back because you WILL need it… [UPDATE: phone-call received in August 2024 by a very reassuring person saying that now his “team” is available and can do the works as fast as possible. I was thinking that maybe they were finally trying to do the right thing after so many negative comments so decided to give them another chance. We set the date of 2 September and surprise surprise, no one showed up again. Phoned back and surprise surprise, the reassuring person didn’t pick up the phone again. Started doing background checks and the firm is in judiciary reorganization until December 2024. They have in the meantime set their offices in a small building with dozens of letterboxes in Chaussée de Rodebeek 206 at Woluwe-Saint-Pierre (feel free to pass by) which looks very much like a way of organizing a fraudulent bankruptcy. Of course, none of this is mentioned on their official website. At this point there is not much we can do but keep our fingers crossed and hope to somehow get our money back…]
