I have been trying to find the number and e-mail of HP. U.K to resolve this but to my suprise there is no one who can help and my last resort is to write a review on trust pilot..which I normally don`t like to do as I personally know how reviews can impact on the business worse most this time of Corona virus. Well, I bought an Hp office Jet Pro 8020 series account 4580417941..its been a nightmare after I changed the ink cartridge with the ones you sent me. The printer is not printing..just blank papers..been trying to switch on and off as advised by the virtual agent..customer care service for HP.. regret trusting this HP and now its let me down. Please resolve this as I will not just leave and see other customers buying the same thing and ripped off there money.

Unlike most respondents I seem to have struck lucky with Colin who dealt successfully with two faults on our ageing printer: it was printing askew and also refusing to do double sided printing. He showed immense patience whilst we scoured the house for cotton buds to clean the roller, crawled beneath things and behind them to connect and disconnect. I think he was quite surprised that his efforts were ultimately successful. Having access to a real person to troubleshoot does make a difference and, on this basis, I would buy another HP printer.

Where to begin. Purchased an HP Envy 5020 for my daughter and signed up to the Instant Ink service. Collected printer and set it up just fine and usage with the starter cartridges was absolutely fine. Issues came once we came to the Instant Ink service. The new cartridges were delivered in a timely manner but for whatever reason the printer refuses to communicate with the HP Instant Ink servers which is required to activate / register the cartridges. 3 hours on the phone with HP support later and the call handler elects to send out new cartridges. This is duly done and we try again with the same result. I then ring HP again and spend a further 1.5 hours on the phone with another engineer during which time we do factory resets, re-enabling web servers, hardware resets all however with the same outcome. This engineer then elects to send the case to Level 3 support who take 5-7 days to review the case. I get to the end of the 7 days and call HP again only to hear that no one from the Level 3 team has taken a look so far and would I like to talk to another engineer again as apparently I might be 3rd time lucky in getting it to work. I declined this offer as all I am doing is stacking up HP support call references and I have no desire to prove the point about madness being defined by doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different outcome. This is exceptionally poor for what should be relatively straightforwards and is in essence a steady revenue stream for HP. I will probably ditch the Instant Ink option shortly and resort to just buying regular cartridges and forget that Instant Ink was ever touted as an innovative idea.

Evitate portatili HPWorkstation.

Dont buy HP My Cyan cartridge ran out. I urgently need to print black only but the printer wont let me until I change the colour cartridge (which I dont need) and I dont have one. At work we use Espon printers which have a specific feature to allow this. HP shocking. Waste of time trying to get support too.

So verprellt HP potentielle Kunden!!

This is truly the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with ! Bought a laptop in the sale which was delivered while I was away. I had already made arrangements with HP to deliver to the depot for me to collect when I return .laptop was delivered but some crazy reason was recalled by HP...they evidently wanted to sell it to someone else as when I returned I was fed with one lie after the other by their inept and uncaring staff that they were contacting the warehouse for the laptop to be delivered. The company lacks integrity and are very dishonest. After a week of phoning them daily, I was told I could not speak to a manager but that one will ring me back in 48 hours! I made it quite clear that I would not be accepting a refund as I had already paid for the laptop and it had been delivered once! I never even got the courtesy of a phone call/ response to my complaint. The dishonest folks then wrote me an email saying at my request they had issued a refund.

Hp customer support is a joke. All that is available is that pointless virtual agent. A complete waste of time. I have a printer which started to give trouble 4 months after purchase. Hp sent out more ink. After installing new cartridges the print quality got progressively worse. After several attempts to contact HP which is impossible the printer is out of warranty. No Hp wants to bill for paper. Paper that has been wasted as a result of there printer and ink cartridges.. I will never purchase any HP products again.

Devo rivolgermi all’associazione consumatori? Vorrei capire chi deve risolvere il problema

HP Support an Absolute sham I have a problem with my New HP Printer which is under warranty but there is no way to talk to a customer support agent, only the online virtual agent which is useless. I am stuck with a printer under warranty with no way of getting a repair. Does anyone know the customer service phone number as the email link provided on this page does not work Thanks

New Officejet pro 7720 - took it out the box and went through the set up procedure - said that the cyan and yellow cartridges need to be taken out are put back in again - Wont let me set up the printer as these two cartridges are seemingly missing. Was told by "customer services" you will just need to buy some new cartridges" I told them why should I didn't buy a defective product and that you should remedy the faulty goods that you have supplied me. I was told NO.

Absolute bloody nightmare! I will never be purchasing anything from HP ever again after this! I have been a loyal customer since I began purchasing my tech however, after this I cannot recommend you stay away enough! I purchased a wireless printer online only to find out it was not compatible with the WiFi and that I would need to buy extra equipment in order for the printer to work. The person on the phone tried to make out that it was me who did not do enough research into their printers and I should have known this prior to my purchase. For context I am student teacher who doesn't have enough loan to pay my rent. I had to spend the last of my money on a printer and now I have to buy more equipment? NO! I hope someone pays attention to these (doubt they do) because thewy need some serious feedback and help!

I have had a printer from these people for just over two and a half months now and the scanner has ceased to work properly. The technical department spent six hours trying to fix it and failed saying that they could not work out what was wrong with the machine. They passed me on to the customer relations who were very argumentative and rude saying that they could take as long as they liked to fix the machine over the telephone and would not issue a new one but they would extend the warranty and if I did not like this then they would close the case which they promptly did. A week later suddenly the printer stopped working and put up an error code which I am reliably informed is a fuser failure and low voltage power control. The response from the technical team this time was "We will send an engineer out to fix it". I refused saying that this was the second serious thing to go wrong with the machine and I had lost faith in it and would like a fully working new replacement. I have never heard from them since. Rubbish quality goods - avoid at all costs. .

Took out an extended care package for my HP printer, mainly because I work from home and can't get away without printing at least five or six documents a day, sometimes 20-30 page insrtruction manuals to send to customers with goods I sell them, Anway - several care packages avaiable so I took the most expensive one that promises a replacement printer the next day if your fails, which it did.Spent hours on the phone troubleshooting on three calls (and its not exactly difficult to do it youself, which I did. All HP want to do is avoid having to send out another printer, despite the customer paying for that exact service because they can't run a business without one. Even after going through all the resets, cleaning options, alignment options etc which had nothing to do with the issue I was facing (printer continually crashing and needing to be unplugged and reset), the woman (not lady) on the UK support line basically said "tough" last Saturday, the department I needed was closed and I'd have to call on Monday. Refused to put me through to a supervisor or manager. In the end I had to give up. More requests to troubleshoot on on Monday, whch I rather impolitely declined to do. Evenually my "next day printer" was sent from the Czech Republic and arrived a week later. The HP CEO should be embarrasssed by running such an amaeteurish outfit, the ASA need to lok at the false promises in HP promotional material - the only helpful person I spoke to was a delighful lady in the Phillipines who will arrange the transfer of my instant ink contract from the old printer to the new one. Never again. Cheap (or not so cheap actually) is not the way to go. Avoid at all costs.

Purchased a HP printer 6 months ago with a free year of ink. I’ve been sent 3 lots of cartridges now that don’t work, have spent a total of 4 hours either on WhatsApp or telephone trying different things on the printer and to get some answers as to why the ink cartridges aren’t being recognised. On the last phone call I was told (at the end of the 40ish min phone call) that their servers weren’t working properly which was why the ink wasn’t being recognised and that I would be contacted by a manager and sent another set of new cartridges. It’s now been a month with no contact and no new cartridges.

On the 24/07/2019, I bought a laser jet printer. I set it up but for some reasons it didn’t work properly! As I’ve got my computer serviced once a month by some IT agents remotely accessing my computer and sorting out all the problems possible, I have explained to them my problem on 3 occasions and they decided to set up my printer starting from the beginning! They didn’t manage to fix it permanently and to find a viable alternative. On the 21st of October, I have contacted HP customer service to help me resolve this problem, which by the way wasn’t an easy task! I found it astonishing in the 21st century not to be able to get hold easily to the customer service of a company selling most of their products online. Anyway, as said previously on the 21st, I finally managed to get hold on to an agent who tried to help me out but after almost an hour and a half on the phone with her, and her accessing remotely to my computer, she decided to escalate my issue to someone else, higher up. That someone else was supposed to call me back on the 22/10. I received a phone call from South Africa today from that person, from HP but as I wasn’t home, I asked her to call me back in 30 min, which she accepted. Never heard from her again. I then decided to go through the painful way to get someone to deal with my problem through WhatsApp. One of HP agent, Damien (he refuse to give me his full name), was everything but helpful. Not very understanding, reacting like he didn’t care at all, didn’t feel supported no matter what I could say. It was like “ the computer says no”! I’ve told him that I was gonna log a complain about him but he really didn’t seem to care. I’ve seen that unfortunately I wasn’t the 1st one facing problems with HP and will try to take things further for “duty of care” as my product is still under warranty. Finally, I called a number given by Damien and another agent named Hima, was absolutely fantastic! She really went through everything to find out what the problem was. We have managed to get things printed and hopefully it will be fixed permanently. She also offered to call me back on Friday to see if everything was still working properly. She gave me a case number, which none of the other agent gave me before. I’m actually very pleased to have had finally someone to talk to, to listen to me, to understand my issue and for genuinely caring and trying to help me out. To finish, I got this e-mail address from Hima as I absolutely couldn’t get anything from Damien, even though I have asked for it several times. Today, someone dealing with the complaint from HP customer service apologised and will forward my complaint to the appropriate staff to deal with it seriously. First experience with HP, and probably the last one! I would not recommend this company in anyway despite having few professional staff members because they absolutely wash their hands over the customers!

Bought a printer for my business for label printing. Total waste of money. I have tried to align the printer to no avail. Trying live chat or email is pointless. The support in there app unresponsive. I am now back to using my old canon printer. If you have a reliable printer buy a refill for that rather than one of these..
