I have a new HP Deskjet printer scanner which just stopped scanning. I paid to get technical support and after many hours the technician gave in. I paid a lot of money for the printer scanner now I am working from home but obviously wasted my time and money
Always sending wrong model ink, can never get in touch with a human. Do not buy
Amended: the company responded to my complaint to the head office. They put things right eventually. I said “Terrible experience with this company. They caused my printer to fail due to faulty instantink. Although they did replace the print eventually, they didn’t offer me the rebate of the fees paid for the monthly printing or any goodwill for time wasted.
Spent over 1.75 hours listening to music on the phone ;no one answered. Virtual assistant is useless. They obviously don't give a toss about their customers.
HP ink received didn't work. Customer support is awful. I will never buy HP again.
Worst experience! Why do you run such Printing services if you do not have the capability? 11 Nov I have received email for my ink and I am yet to receive as of today. Besides, there is no customer helpdesk for query handling. Its never recommended! So disappointed!
Bought a envy 6032 printer last week from Currys all OK until I sent it up, didn't give me the 5 months free ink trial, sent HP a message no reply. Called the helpline told me they would call me back.. went on Purechat which was a link on their web page. Very strange conversation I thought it was a scam still not sure, very unprofessional service. I won't be having the free ink trail very difficult company to contact. And Purechat weird customer service Scam?
This is to do with HP Instant Ink but can see as its the same company they provide the same poor customer service. I have been waiting for an inkjet cartridge since 8/11/2020 and have had a load of COVID Phooey excuses on the delay. I've paid 9.99 a month for nearly 8 months and been told for nearly a fortnight that it will be a few days. have now run out and bought from amazon who will deliver in two days
im annoyed that only HP ink works properly in the printer and you cant find the ink to buy anywhere!
We used to have a monthly ink payment plan that we have cancelled. However our printer is now locked and we can no longer print with the cartridges we still have. Our printer is being held hostage!
Wij zijn ERG ontevreden over onze HP OfficeJet Pro 8022 printer als over de klantvriendelijkheid van HP. De HP printer stoort enorm en is erg wifi gevoelig. Het papier loopt continue vast en bij contact met HP loop je tegen een wirwar van keuze menu's aan waar iedereen in vastloopt. Zelfs de klachten desk van HP, kan je niet helpen met een klacht en kan het menu zelf ook niet doorlopen.
Hp desk jet plus 4100. I have set up several printers both wired and wireless. This model is not comparable with apple or but router! As informed by hp support! I shall never buy up again. A waste of a day!
Case Ref 5056375000 I spent 6 hrs in total with 3 of your advisors to set up my HP printer with my iPhone as well as with my wifi. All three of them wasted my time intentionally as they didn’t know what they were doing. This is absolutely appalling and terrific customer service. Simply Never recommend anyone to HP. Shocking!!!
My printer will not print in colour! Despite trying everything. Tried to call them, they don't answer, tried there WhatsApp they don't respond!
A shame I cannot give it zero stars & that would be generous! Bought a printer, tried setting up with their so called 'Smart App', but it just hangs. Trying to get support is pointless, there's no 'chat' for the UK, just a WhatsApp number, but asking a question there is pointless, no-one acknowledges you, no-one responds. I asked a question at 10:36, it's now 13:50 (make that 14:40, make that 16:20), still no reply / acknowledgement. A complete and utter joke of a service. Use the website to get a phone number, call it, but just on hold forever and ever. Avoid at all costs.
Ordered an OfficeJet Pro 8024 all-in-one. Item arrived faulty with paper jam warning when no paper is inside. HP agreed to replace but still no replacement AFTER 2 WEEKS! HP didn't call back when they said they would. No email updates in the last 12 days. HP customer service call centre would not process a refund. They need to escalate to Customer Relations Team. HP's whole customer service system seems designed to frustrate and annoy customers. Avoid HP unless you are happy to be without a printer for at least 2 weeks.
HP Printer App update for HP Office jet 5230 On trying to scan with my printer today I have endured the awful update put out by HP with no notice to users. The app is inoperable in my view and have virtually rendered my Printer useless. I am unable to scan and turn a document to read correctly. Be warned if taking a decision to purchase in my view
I purchased a HP ENVY Photo 6220 All-in-One Printer last Friday 16/10/2020 . It never worked. I contacted HP Support on Monday 19/10/202 and agreed a replacement Printer plus one year supply of ink free with Lazarus the agent, he told me to hold on the phone which I did for 32 minuets then the line went dead. I rang back and was unable to get an answer after waiting for 22 min and then 27 min I got no reply. I set up a case on the HP custemor website again no reply, I rang again this morning and spoke to James, after approximitly 45 min he offered me one ink cartridge as compansation for my expense and time. I declined and opteed for a refund I will not be getting a HP thats for sure

HP DeskJet 2710 All-in-One Printer - Worse printer I've ever purchased, is supposed to be easier to use, but it took a full day to set up, I'd say from a technical perspective, you need to be a genius to get it up and running, the docs are virtually nonexistent, and their supposed hp smart app is a nightmare to use. If you value your sanity, steer clear!!!
