Absolutely love my new oak bedroom furniture. I live on a small Island and so they assisted with the shipping details. Furniture all fully assembled and well packaged for its onward journey by ferry to me, great customer service too, would definitely recommend.

I purchased the Chester Range of bedroom furniture in white. Aside from the inflexibility of the delivery company which I will put to one side I am disappointed. The furniture looks great but is of poor quality. A piece has already broken off and it marks incredibly easily. I placed my hand on top of it, and my ring, which is a normal ring, left a mark. I didn’t even scrape it. I’ve had it 4 days and there are marks even though I have been treating it with care. It also seems a bit flimsy- not solid.
This was a lovely table, delivered promptly. We are really happy with it.

Easy website to order from. Very pleasant contact on phone. Furniture delivered slightly earlier than order indicated but not a problem. Delivery drivers very courteous and well mannered. All in all a superb shopping experience.
Delivery was within the arranged time. Drivers were friendly and efficient, they unpacked the bookcase, carried it up the stairs to our property and placed it just where we needed it in our living room. The bookcase is strong and very high quality. We’ll be ordering from House of Oak again in the future.
