Exactly as promised and delivered on time.
Bookcase is nice to look at, but it is obvious that there are a couple of areas costs have been cut (like the underside of the shelves) which we weren't expecting at this price. Delivery was 3 weeks after the order, but was delivered in the agreed time slot and well protected

The bedroom furniture I ordered was delivered on time, as agreed, by cheerful and helpful delivery staff. Having taken receipt of the furniture, however, I realised that I should have chosen the same range but in a different colour. Upon contacting House of Oak re a possible exchange, I was met with complete understanding and positivity. Although the error was clearly mine, everyone with whom I have spoken has been extremely helpful and have arranged the collection of the original order and subsequent delivery of a replacement in a different colour. I am very impressed with all of them.

Ordered online and received a follow up call almost immediately. Excellent communication from H.O.O. from start to finish. Lead time was around half of that expected and Craig and Chris did a great job with the delivery, assembling our display cabinet in no time at all! They were very helpful, informative and friendly. I don't normally recommend companies but these guys were faultless, 10/10 👍
