Regards my purchase from House of Oak after months of looking for the right choice for a coffee table and tv unit we finally found what we were looking for on their website . The whole process from ordering online , plus the updates informing us of delivery were so helpful . The actual day of delivery went smooth as it should and the two guys who delivered the furniture were so respectful of our property and polite they are a credit to House of Oak . I found loads of choice and exactly what I was looking for at House of Oak. It was easy to order and pay for online, then the follow up information about delivery was really helpful. On delivery day, everything happened exactly as described in my emails.
Our dinning room chairs have cracked and peeled when we ask about this we were told we'd had them to long. I understand nothing lasts forever, but since we've bought 10 pieces of furniture over the years I would have at least they'd offer a discount, but no the guy just said "you'll have to buy new ones". So much for loyalty and shopping local!
Ordered a dining room table. Made a mistake with my order which was totally my fault. Phoned the shop and Andrew went above and beyond and sorted everything out for me. Fantastic customer service! Highly recommend.

Having spent £1000 on a cabinet, for the delivery to cost £20 to take the packaging back is unacceptable.
The furniture arrived within the allotted time given, I was kept fully up to date on delivery dates. The guys delivering were polite, helpful. Once unpacked they brought the furniture into the house for me. The furniture is great, well made, it looks great in my lounge. I will be back for more in the near future.

I have recent purchased a brand new 4 bedroom detached house in Leicestershire, I had absolutely no furniture. I went to see Andy at House Of Oak who did me a great deal on 22 different pieces of Chatsworth Oak furniture totalling over £8k. It arrived yesterday on time as promised. The guys arrived very polite and professional, delivered the furniture at the very location in the house I wanted them, then removed all packaging and took it with them when they left. Absolute AAA+ service and products, I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thanks Andy !!!

Purchased and paid upfront based on promised from Owner would be delivered that week from showroom. Failed to contact us and we had to wait 3 weeks despite his promise and our efforts. We bought the item as we needed it and felt lied to and let down. We are regular customers but will think twice now. Shame!
