It was easy to have a good look on the website and choose what we wanted. There is loads of choice and we loved the idea of the drams which we purchased. What was disappointing was the gift voucher which if purchased for someone else would only get an email. So I sent it to myself and was surprised that it was just picture rather than a printable voucher. I think some thought could go in to that so a "voucher" with some branding would be nice.
