My second time ordering with House of Malt & both orders arrived far earlier than expected, within two days on the standard delivery option. I wasn't expecting my recent order to arrive this fast due to the Christmas period, but right enough.. dispatched & received within two days again. I'll definitely be ordering again soon!

I bought a bottle of whisky for Christmas, for my wife. She opened it on Christmas Day and the top of the cork away, leaving the rest of it in the bottle! What a let down, particularly as it was a present. So very, very disappointed!

I have been waiting for my delivery now for 6 days and still hasn’t arrived, I have tried to contact them by email and they haven’t replied and there phone goes to answer phone which is full so I cant leave a message, I am beginning to think it is not a legitimate company.

Placed my first order with HoM a week or so ago. Will certainly be buying from them again. They were the cheapest on the market for the two bottles I purchased. My order was enough to qualify for free delivery - which to my surprise, and gratitude, was sent express 24 (as opposed to the cheapest longest option). They clearly value your custom.

I've had enough of Amazon for SO many reasons. So thought i'd try somewhere else. HoM had the whiskey I was after at a great price (Redbreast 12) so decided to give it a go. Website was great with a search that actually works giving an amazing gateway into endless whiskey and bourbon varieties. Made my order and it game within 72 hours with free delivery and was very well packed. Look forward to using it again and sticking 2 fingers up to Amazon once more.

Excellent scotch shop. Wide range of drinks, quick delivery and easy to use website. The reward points are a nice touch. My go-to place for Lagavulin thanks to the occasional price drops.

House of Malt is easy to order from and the website is easy to navigate. Delivery is fast and well packaged. All good. However I left a three star review on the Whisky I ordered, twice, as my first review was not posted, now I find neither of my reviews posted. All other reviews are four stars and above on that Whisky but the last review on it is three months old. Reading reviews forms part of the information consumers look for, just having four stars and above reviews on the site distorts the information a consumer seeks. I order a fair bit throughout a year, so this seems not good to me. An easy fix for House of Malt, but right now, three stars here
