Just moved into a new build and needed blinds, came out quickly and gave us a really good qoute for full house. Waited 3 weeks for fitting as its busy near xmas, just came out and fitted today and im over the moon with them, nice man fitted the lot within half hour. great service, great company. Wouldnt use anyone else. Well done homefair.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Cannot put into words how appalling the service and overall experience was from this company. I’ve used them before in a previous property so booked them again on that basis. Despite choosing the blinds I wanted from a physical sample, the wrong blinds were ordered and the regional manager insisted that this was MY fault and refused to fit the blinds I chose, leaving me with the wrong ones at the same price. Upon installation the workmen had also realised the bay window blinds had been mismeasured which also caused further delay, which I eventually told them to cancel due to the awful experience. The regional manager also speaks to his staff and customers in the most disgustingly rude manner - I simply cannot believe he gets away with it. He told the poor lad fitting the blinds in my house money would come out of his wages if anything was to go awry and his tone to both him and me was also vile - speaking over me, raising his voice and downright patronising (calling me hun?!). After persisting with my complaint the area manager reluctantly credited me with a 10% refund, which is nothing in comparison to the £600 spent and the wrong blinds fitted, but thought it was better than them taking them away and losing my money completely. If you do anything today, do not book this company and tell your family and friends the same also. Honestly, Vile.

After having a positive experience with Homefair blinds previously, the company were our first choice when we decided to go for shutters. The measurements and quotation happened quickly and on order we were given a fitting date for 20 shutters. Unfortunately circumstances outside of their control meant that they cancelled that fitting date to our disappointment but promised that the shutters would be fitted before Christmas. I received another fitting date within 6 days of the original date. The shutters arrived yesterday and the fitter was excellent. All 20 were installed and we are thrilled with the quality and appearance of them. Despite the small hiccup in the process we are happy to unreservedly recommend this company. Thanks to all involved.

The whole process was carried out to a very professional manner from the overall choice of blinds, and the explanation of the different types and finishes to the fitting. I received texts to say when they would be fitted and the time the fitter would be arriving. He was very thorough in the fitting and because we had chosen white roller blinds asked if he could was his hands before each fitting so no marks would be made on our blinds. Overall a good process from start to finish, well done

Very quick and very friendly

Very pleased with the quality of the blinds. You pay more but you get what you pay for. Phil came to sort out my blind after I had an issue after it was fitted. Phil released the tension on the blind and it was perfect, he really knows what he is doing plus he is a lovely friendly person. He has gone out of his way to help me. Thanks Phil.

Was given a time slot 9-1 when ordered, fitter turned up at 2.30?? He said that the time slot I was given didn’t exist?? My day off from work totally wasted and let a lot of people down who I’d planned to visit on the afternoon. Disappointed!

It didn't take long 5 minutes and the blind was up. Liked it straight away.
