No communication at all from this company unless I mailed them only to be told lie after lie after lie... when sofa finally arrived ot was just left in my living room floor and delivery men left. I purchased a corner sofa so had to put it together myself then discover feet were missing. No answe on phone when I rang.left messages Still no call returned so I emailed about issuing feet only to be told to send a picture..seriously..there missing....sofa not comfortable like sitting on bricks...would not recommend at ali...

Faulty sofa delivered months later still getting no where, they offered repair but not happened , refusing refund or return. Customer service non existant. Would avoid! ..... Further to your response, I bought this sofa in January, it needed repairs straight away, which for a new sofa is already very strange. I had to call and email continuously, after saying I would take it further you gave a cut off date of 29th April. 29th April I got a call, I had work, I had work the following day too, like most people. So given my options I have had to contact the relevant legal services to sort this out.

Fantastic service from start to finish, i had little hiccup with delivery but they were quickly effective to work around my timing and excellent customer service. Will be back to purchase the swivel chair to match new grace corner sofa thank you

Very Rude Customer Service Was Literally Shouted At And Kept On Being Cut While I Spoke.

Was very helpful received order today pleased with it but the delivery men left it had to sort it out myself

I purchased 2 sofas in June 2021 and after only 7 months the cushions collapsed at the front and the material went very Bobbly. I complained to homesofa company who sent someone out to inspect them and told me it was fair wear and tear and the cushions had just settled. I of course didn't agree as they were of no age. I have constantly been on to them to get the matter resolved but they won't help. The warranty they give is worthless and the customer care is non existent. They are very arrogant and unhelpful. I will in future use a reputable company for my next purchase.

This company is the first time we have had dealings and the gentleman was so polite and helpful. We ordered the suit over the phone which was so simple and all details was repeated so so there was no mistakes. Very good 👍.
