Ordered last week Thursday and got delivery today! They delivered so quick and unpacked my sofa i am very impressed overall for a online company they done fantastic! My Hewson corner sofa is soft and perfectly comfortable. Just waiting for my fabric cleaning set to arrive by post. Thanks guys x

Purchased the bishop grey sofa and can say it’s been a wonderful shop at this company. Saved a huge amount and the sofa looks beautiful in my living room. The delivery men were very nice and helpful. Overall very happy.

Wow unbelievable quality sofa exactly the colour it was on the website nothing different actually looks better in the flesh. The guy who took my order was an absolute gent i cannot find any faults. Colour delivered (lilac) was not the colour that I ordered (pink) The first time I called the advisor told me that that was the colour I ordered, and they don’t call it lilac on the website as people don’t know what lilac is. Once I sent an email and complained, the description and pictures where changed on the website. Did return and got a refund.

Ordered a sofa through their sales team, which were helpful and accommodating on the price. I was advised of a lead time which was 3-4 weeks. When I contacted them to ask of a rough delivery date they were very helpful and advised of the day I would receive the sofa. In terms of the quality of the sofa it has very much exceeded my expectations. Outstanding quality and far better value for money than the usual retailers you see advertised on the TV.

Sofas very nice and the sofa company are great to deal with. Shame the delivery drivers aren't so good. They attempted to get the sofa through the hallway, they decided it wouldn't fit, then sharply left. It took me and my wife a max of 5 mins to get the sofa into the front room where they should of put it. Being a delivery company who deliver sofas, I'd thought they would of been up to a simple job.

What a fantastic company and service. If only every other provider were like these. Confirmed my order, kept me upto date with the delivery. The driver called first thing in the morning to confirm time and they even carried it into the house for us. Cannot fault the customer service either. Perhaps other suppliers should take a leaf out of your book. Thanks again for your help, friendly service and a fab sofa

Ordered the sofa and 6 days later it was with me! Ordering was no problem, used live chat to clarify a few points. Constant updates via email over the following days about the order and delivery. The delivery guys text me 30 minutes prior to arrival and arrived within the window they had given the day before. They were polite and helpful, took away the packaging after delivery to the room of choice. All in all a great experience and believe me I can be a pain in the butt when it comes to my belief for great customer service ! ...oh yes.......the sofa was as ordered and is just what we needed. This is the second purchase with this company first time round i brought a grey swivel chair and today just had delivered me corner sofa in a beautiful grey fabric finish very good firmness & nice soft fabric, definitely worth me money spent & delivery lead time is fantastic i only waited 8 days for delivery.

I ordered a made to measure corner sofa set as well as a tv bed and would like to say it blew my expectations the quality of both products have been second to none and just gave my house the uplift it really needed. The guys really went out there way to make sure I got what I wanted, delivery was estimated to be up to 6weeks as it’s made to measure but however I took delivery within 28 days from placing my order which again blew my expectations. I would highly recommend this company they really do take pride in what they do also the more important bit they are very cheap compared to other companies that provide same or similar products hence why I decided to go with them best choice I made this year!
