Good product delivered promptly
The wrong finish was sent - matt rather than semi matt. A replacement was quickly sent out, but this is not the first time I've received wrong colours or products. Holmans is generally a great resource for paint, but a bit more attention to detail would be good - it was really inconvenient for me to have to go back to my customer the following week to finish the job.

Paint turned up a day late after paying for next day delivery, paint was nearly frozen after presumably being kept in van all night, notified Holman but they sent someone else’s delivery note and proof of delivery and no apology, it’s just manners
A great experience all round. I ordered bespoke colour paints online which our decorator had used three years' before. Online ordering very easy. Got an immediate call back to suggest a substitute for out of stock undercoat. Paint arrived very promptly despite strikes etc.

Communication very good. Couriers ( FedEx) not so good but Holman Paints kept us as informed and chased as much as humanly possible. The paint mix is great too.
