Decent prices, very good hardware (well-lubricated ball-bearing hinges for the most part). Quick answer when I was having problems trying to remove hinge pins and wondering if these were somehow security hinges. (Basically, I needed to whack harder.)

I am a fan of Pinrod Hinges. Even though they too are made in China, the quality is still what I have experienced and come to expect from this company. Most of the hinges now are of the big box quality whitch is as near and next to junk as you can get. Rest assured that your doors will feel tight and ridgid with quality Penrod hinges installed. Had a spring hinge that broke and Hingeoutlet replaced it no questions asked. I am literally amazed I had pictures and was ready to talk/ fight with someone but Miss.Rebeca I believe her name was got on the phone helped me out and got another one ordered before I even explain what happen. The hinge I ordered was apparently not available for shipment and I was not notified of it until I called in to check the status of the order... Now that I have decided to cancel the order, I cannot get ahold of anyone.

Good quality and easy install
Website said keys were in stock. I guess they are not. Having to wait 10 plus days to get keys that I could have gotten from Amazon, next day, yes for more money but way less inconvenience. I should have paid the more money! Not Happy!
