When I called your company no one would answer the phone or return my call even though I left multiple messages. So I ordered more hinges through you and had to buy a 24 pack of screws to use for my original hinges

Y’all showed a item in stock that I ordered with faster shipping and apparently it wasn’t in stock and y’all prolonged my delivery for a week and now I am behind on my job because of it. That’s bad business as for as I’m concerned. If it was me I would have refunded my customer in full for the inconvenience. Not just the extra shipping cost that I paid.
