Both products are high quality , its early days but seem to be working .
Only just started the collagen powder but hopeful. I mix it into a paste with water and add a small amount of squash and it is fine to drink.

An item was missing from my repeat order. When contacting Higher Nature I was told that the particular item was discontinued, so I asked about an alternative product. They were helpful in comparing the dosage with the original item and agreed to offer me the same discounts. The replacement item was promptly sent - so I received good customer support. It would have been helpful if the confirmation invoice had explained that my regular item had been discontinued and suggested an available alternative - rather than no explanation and leaving it for me to chase up what had happened. I’ve never had any problems in the past, so my score might be rather harsh in this instance.
