Normally I order off this site all the time. Deliveries can be slow to Ireland but this time the experience was terrible. I ordered and paid for my products over 3 weeks ago and have still not received them. When I chased the order I was told the first delivery was returned and another order would be despatched to me. I was then contacted by customs to say I had to pay a large custom duty to get them. This was not made clear when ordering.
Sent something else by mistake but despatched the correct item and received within 48hrs. Good customer service.

Cream arrived very quickly after I had ordered it online. Packed very nicely in a box. I have had this cream before and it is easy to apply and easily absorbed into the skin. Good to use as a body lotion as well as a face cream.
