I have been taking the collagen drops for a week now and I have noticed a difference already, my hair feels thicker and have had no hair loss and someone who didn’t know that I was taking the drops commented on how good my skin looked. They also have a nice orange flavour to them.

I ordered on the Monday and it arrived on the Tuesday well packed. I used to go to a salon for my treatments of Heaven skincare but unfortunately the salon closed after Covid so I have to order on line the web site is really good and very informative. Will certainly carry on with the web site.

Ordering the products was hard work, the Web site kept refreshing...it took ages to place the order, and even harder to know as to whether the offers were following through. Also the site invited me to order up to 3 free samples, I ordered 2 but the site kept charging me for them. So after 40 minutes I placed the order anyway, and left a saved note asking if i could have 2 free samples as my order was over £150 This note was completely ignored by whoever packed the order, and I didn't receive any samples... I'm not a happy customer at all....and I have been one for 15 years. Even a gold venom customer. I enjoy the products , and that's the only reason I'm still a customer. Dee

They don't bother to reply to emails....when discount codes on their own website don't work!! Expensive p&p and really cheap looking labelling......wonky !! Unfortunately I love the Nettle Venom cream ...so have to put up with the negatives. 2nd February Well I replied to the email request that they posted to me on here.....but why I bothered I don't know....never replied......

Love the silver bee venom mask. I have sensitive, rosacea prone over 50 skin. This product never lets me down. Prompt delivery and all round, good customer service.

Good service arrived quickly over the festive Season. Would have been helpful for an instructions leaflet.As instructions are on the lid,I dont want to keep the bulky box where the instructions are.

Bee venom eye cream is the best eye cream I’ve used. Rather pricey but worth it.

I feel so special using heaven products they really make my skin look good after one application I have tried other products but I come back to the bee venom mask every time. My second favourite is the collagen drops.

I love these products and Deborah is amazing at what she does (I am a client) but I hate the website, it’s really difficult to navigate, slow and frustrating and if it wasn’t for receiving the lovely products I really wouldn’t bother (sadly) 💕 xxx

Good products with excellent customer experience

The mask cannot be used around my eyes, as causes swelling to the under eyes. There have been no noticeable differences after using the mask, even leaving on at night.

I have been using Heavenskincare products for a long while and wouldn't ever consider using another brands I'm one of your older customers and like to look after my skin with natural products
