Was told at a show cancel anytime subscription Paid by card assistant put in all details Product Didn't agree with me Tried to cancel told I was signed up for 3 months… Wanted all items I paid for returned even though I have paid and was told one was a free gift! All I wanted was to cancel any further payments

Product arrived quickly but no seal on either product which is worrying as could have been used previously and as glass is not clear you cannot see if full.

I love heaven products and have been using them now for 7 years with good results. I feel skin confident. I do receive compliments on my skin and feel they are gentle on my skin while providing good anti ageing balance that I welcome. I use eye cream silver bee venom and bee peel. I ordered on-line very easy to do. Very pleased I had a discount code which was very easy to apply to basket. Once the order was placed a few days later I had a text to let me know it was despatched and I could track it. Which I did. Very pleased, happy with the packaging too. Products are wonderful and I needed to restock. Couldn’t be happier.

All Heavens products are wonderful and I have been using them for many years I recently received a sample jar of Heaven Eternal Biodentical Hormone Cream and as I have just had major surgery and started to try out this new product which has proved to be quite amazing as apart from being an excellent moisturiser it definitely has mood-lifting benefits also leaves a glow to my skin with a subtle aroma Another 5 Star for Deborah Mitchell

I suffer with rosea and am using Heaven skincare. The products are good but the customer service is totally shocking. Had a refund but didn’t know why, had to phone Heaven for them to say no stock available, that was after being put through to another lady who was to help me. Attitude was horrendous, made fun of me, but must have forgotten to put me on mute. I spend a couple hundred pounds on Heaven and have previously recommended them, will be going elsewhere, where they actually think of their customers and not bank balance. Totally disappointed and shame on Heaven.

Great products. Frustrated the online message service doesn’t work. Requested a pause on my subscription and it’s still not been responded too, promoted eco friendly packaging and after 2 months have now changed to sending Collagen in bubble wrap. Complementary product sent last month had no description of how to use or the benefits, love the brand but little frustrated with the above.

I was able to telephone for advice on a product which was then sent to me, having paid easily over the phone. It arrived 2 days later, well packaged and with a postcard from the business. Great service.

The surprise box was average. Mens face cream no good to me. Would have been better off buying one decent product.

Liquid collagen is so effective and easy/pleasant to take. I have used this for 1-year now and have found quite a difference in my skin and hair. Last months sample of collagen hand cream was amazing too and I shall definitely purchase the full size product.
