Highly recommend! Last year I finally reached the end of my tether with my weight, I’d ballooned over the years and accelerated through lock down. I’m not really one for exercise so I started looking at my diet and my oh my calorie counting is confusing! That’s when I found healthy living kitchen, not only are the meals absolutely delicious they really were the turning point for me and my calorie controlling. 2 stone down and still going. If your looking for healthy, delicious and convenient solution then you really need to give this a go
Having ordered from HLK on a few occasions now since they started national delivery I can’t recommend them enough. The quality of food is superb and service second to none, ideal for people watching the calories or those with busy lifestyles looking to save time and to top it off the prices are great value as well. You won’t be disappointed.
