It makes eating low calorie/counting easy whilst still giving enough of a food portion to make you full. A variety of meals that are super tasty and great for at work and home! Catering for breakfast, lunch and dinner and for all taste buds, I have converted the boyfriend to it too. I look forward to seeing what else they bring out at Healthy Living Kitchen. Couldn't recommend enough :)

I really enjoy all the meals I order I use them for my husband’s dinners at work and that way he has a healthy balanced home cooked meal without the fuss.

Great value meals, that cost the same if not less than a packaged sandwich. Delivery was easy and sent with a timed delivery window. I'm a week into my 15 meal order and I have enjoyed them all so far. Love they can be easily tracked on my fitness pal. I have only 2 suggestions (not criticisms in anyway).... The sauce often get absorbed by the rice or pasta in transit leaving the dishes feeling a little dry (and the pasta or rice a little over done) could there be an additional sauce pot or sachet please? More high protein veggie / vegan / fish dishes would be amazing too please. All in all, really pleased with my order will definitely order again, but few little tweaks could make absolutely perfect. I love the food from Healthy Living Kitchen, they are all delicious and have such low calorific value. The price is amazing and so is the service, i have re-ordered the 30 meal deal 3 times already.

I’ve been looking at a meal prep provider for a while now but the price for what you get has always been an obstacle. When I saw Healthy Living Kitchen appear on my feed I had a look and was impressed by the variety available (and the fact macros are scannable). I’m now on my second order and have gone for both the healthy and fitness packages. I’ve been amazed by the amount of food you get, the quality and taste and now consider myself i regular customer.

I received my order today and was disappointed, the sweet treats were mashed in the tub n does not look appetising, the main meals although intriguing are incorrectly weighed, example one shows on the label as 385g but when actually self weighed it came to 505g, so the gda and other guidances are incorrect, thing is its not just one of the meals incorrect, it's all of them, would have expected better for the amount paid. Still was worth a try.

Hit and miss I tried HLK after using another brand which was very delicious but very expensive. I came across HLK online and decided to order due to how cheap the meals are and the great reviews on here. My experience hasn't quite matched up to the others I have seen on here so wanted to leave an honest review. Myself and my husband have been eating these for a few weeks now so I feel I've had enough experience to form an opinion. Pros Very reasonably priced Lots of choice Lower calorie meals Good service, food was well packaged and arrived on time Cons Most of the food I received was overcooked and soggy (particularly pasta and veg- pasta falling apart and broccoli was grey due being overly boiled). If the food was cooked more al dente it would mean when it's reheated it wouldn't go soggy due to the extra reheating/cooking time. Not enough sauce- In some dishes it felt like I had a lot of carbs and not enough liquid to make them palatable. I would sacrifice the carbs for some flavour. Portions- myself and my husband chose some of the same meals and the portion sizes were completely different in each (we weighed them to confirm this). This means there is no way the calorie count is correct as portions aren't the same each time. If you are on a budget and would like a meal prep service which takes the hassle out of cooking then this is for you. However don't expect amazing food as this isn't it. I would consider ordering these again if the food was less overcooked/more sauce added. Two weeks of eating soggy/dry food has made me feel queasy at the thought of eating them now which is a shame as the idea behind them is good.

Tasty food and very good value for money. A couple of my meals arrived damaged however I got in touch with them and they refunded me for those meals straight away and apologised. If anyone is thinking about looking to buy meals that are under 500 calories then please do try this company! I would definitely use them again! Thanks

I have tried many different meal prep companies and HLK is great. The meals are by far the most cost effective and help me to stay on track when trying to stay in a calorie deficit. Thank you
