They took money of me and havnt replied to none of my emails and not helped me at all

I am an apprentice who has just recently completed my nursing course with Harriet Ellis and I have really appreciate the help and encouragement this team has given especially my DE Helena, she has motivated me and helped me so much through the course and has been so supportive right to the last minute I would also like to thank aimee who was my tutor Halima who helped me prep for my exams and rannan for always getting back to my queries super soon Thank you so much for all your help guys

I don’t know where to start but I’m not a person to right reviews on things but I had to say something about Harriet Ellis. I have adhd so I struggle with deadlines and making sure I complete my work as well as focusing but Harriet Ellis have really helped me and supported me through the process. I went university before and never got this much support I struggled and ended up leaving. Harriet Ellis pushed me every step of the way they wanted to see me succeed and get through my exams to become a dental nurse, honestly speaking if it wasn’t for them wanting me to pass as much as I did I wouldn’t be where I am now. Thank you Harriet Ellis.

Farheen Mithagare is an exceptional dental educationalist at Harriet Ellis, and I cannot recommend her enough! She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure her students feel supported and confident in their learning journey. What truly sets Farheen apart is her commitment to her students’ success. She is always available to answer questions, provide encouragement. I have recently passed my dental nursing exams and have finished my apprenticeship with Harriet Ellis, I would reccomend them anyone! My experience has been smooth sailing from starting the course and my online lessons to the end where I was completing my end point assessment. My dental educationalist left so I had Natasha the line manager supporting me towards the end of my apprenticeship and she could not have been more helpful and efficient when it came to finishing off my portfolio and getting ready for my end point assessment. Raanan who deals with organising your end point assessment is also so efficient when it comes to replying to emails and sorting things out for you when you need anything to do with your end point assessment. I have had a wonderful experience.

We have used Harriet Ellis for several years as a training provider for our apprentice dental nurses. We had a problem a couple of years ago with the dental educationalists constantly changing however this appears to have settled down. Lauren has been fantastic this year with our trainee and would highly recommend based on our experience with her.

I recently passed my dental nursing exam with Harriet Ellis, and I can honestly say it has been along road but the support I was given by the apprenticeship manager (Raanan) was exceptional, the communication and help I received in my EPA was Fantastic! Nothing was too much trouble and this really helped me through the final stages! Thank you Raanan!

Despite some confusion with my course at the start (no fault but my own), two ladies have very kindly pointed me in the right direction and reassured me on what I need to do. I am looking forward to starting my coursework and completing my diploma with them :)

Avoid at all cost. They’re after your money. The tutor kept on sending my work back (despite me being a trainee dental nurse with multiple years of working experience who’ve assisted specialists too) due to which I missed my deadline. Then they had the audacity to ask me for extra money if I’d like to sit the exam.

Spoke to Katie who was extremely helpful and informative. Explained everything to the fullest which makes me excited to get started.

I have been carrying out my dental nursing degree with Harriet Ellis for just under a year and I must say that my DE Lauren Frampton is an absolute dream. She is always making herself available if I have questions, need some advice or would just like to have a chat about any future projects that I need to do. She goes above and beyond for her students and she is a real asset to the Harriet Ellis team. She has made my time at Harriet Ellis enjoyable and I always look forward to having a chat with her.

I got in touch with this company back in March. They were fine at the start, the woman who set me up with them was really nice. She referred me to someone else to set me up for interviews etc, but things went down hill from there. I went to 1 interview and the practice was very unprofessional. After that I tried to contact Fardin a few times, but he didn't reply to my emails or calls. When I tried to contact the woman who enrolled me on, she didn't reply either. Such a shame. Wouldn't recommend to anyone at all. Save your money.

My journey with Harriet Ellis has been variable, however the two members of staff that really went above and beyond to drastically speed things along were Emily Kilkenny and Raanan Firmin. A lot of my delays were due to unavoidable circumstances mainly on city and guilds end and right at the start of my apprenticeship, however Emily and Raanan worked tirelessly to make sure I was ready at every stage of my qualifications. It was specific staff members that really do make the difference and are such valuable assets to Harriet Ellis.

Super helpful and amazing, Emma Scott as my dental educationalist especially has been incredible at helping with support and improvements through written work and reviews. She always marks my work effectively and timely so that if any amendments are required, these can be done as soon as possible so my portfolio builds up and is completed. Would definitely recommend!

Harriet Ellis is an absolute red flag—if I could give them less than 1 star, I would. When I was desperately searching for a job, they contacted me, promising that enrolling in their course of Dental Nurse National Diploma would lead to immediate work opportunities while waiting for the course to begin. Noelia, the officer in charge, assured me that they had positions ready for students and that all I needed to do was enroll and pay the deposit to secure a spot in a clinic. I enrolled in April, and it’s now the end of August. Despite all their promises, I still haven’t found a job. None of the clinics listed on their Student Hub have contacted me, and my classmates are experiencing the same frustrating situation. We were scammed—they took our money and provided no support whatsoever. To make matters worse, they now say that if we don’t secure a position by mid-October, we’ll have to pay an additional £599 on top of the £2,300 we’ve already paid. I’m extremely disappointed with their services and the fake promises they made. Avoid Harriet Ellis at all costs.

They took a £39 payment from me and I didn’t hear back from them for months. When I asked to be taken off the programme they refused a refund

Lauren has been my DE throughout my apprenticeship and has always been the best support and help to my learning, she always gets back to me if i have questions and always marks my work in great time, she is kind and extremely understanding as my DE and helps me massively in my journey with harriet ellis.

I have done my Dental nursing NVQ qualification through Harriet Ellis. I had Emma Scott as my DE assessor. She was absolutely brilliant. She gave me lots of positive feedback from my observations and always told me little adjustments to make if needed. She was always available anytime I needed help or advice via phone or email. I never had to wait more than 24 hours for her to get back to me. It was the same when completing the written questions, after I’d completed them, she would always send them back to me very quickly . The online lessons I had every week, I had Ruth Stocks , she was also brilliant, very thorough and always got everyone to take part and was always there at the end of the sessions in case anyone needed to ask any questions. Thank you so much to everyone at Harriet Ellis for their part in enabling me to complete my portfolio of work, assessments and observations to put me a step closer in gaining my Dental Nursing Qualification.
