Got numbers muddled up on my trousers I ordered so I phoned up and explained and nothing was a problem and they sent me all the details to exchange great service
I ordered it late Sunday night and received it mid-morning Tuesday. Also, they give you the option of half sizes, which most other places don't, and they were cheaper than Amazon and eBay.Fantastic service many thanks.

Quick and fast
I emailed to try & find out a delivery date for my purchase, but still no reply 24hrs later. I placed my order 7 days ago & have no idea of item being delivered
ordered items 5th April, chased delivery 10th, told out of stock, refund offered and accepted, chased refund 22nd, 25th bank involved, 29th refund finally received. Although the two staff members I spoke to (email & phone) were very helpful and friendly, I'd never shop here again.

I've been looking for black smart trousers for work on the high street but none fitted me especially round my narrow hip. The picutre on the website of these trousers looked fitted around the hip so i ordered them expecting disappointment again but they fit like they are tailored. They are a lovely material the and come in various lengths. Reasonably priced too
